1. Send by mail or email any references such as sketches, cad files, or field notes needed. Once the documents have been received, a quote will be sent to you. From there we can negotiate any fee adjustments if necessary. We can schedule phone or on-site visits as necessary to complete the project.
2. Preliminary drawings will be developed and sent for your review and comments. As the drawing process continues, questions should be answered at your earliest convenience.
3. Completed drawings will be sent by email, standard postal service, or UPS. Completion times will depend on the complexity of each project.
4. You'll receive an invoice. Revisions are included in the fee. Major changes to a design may require an additional fee.
Note:
Not all States require design work to be approved by an Architect or Engineer. Remember to check local codes for requirements.
