I can do Architectural drafting for commercial and residential projects. Drafting completed so far includes home plans for homeowners, custom home plans for builder/designers, church buildings, some steel manufacturing, and some miscellaneous work for various individuals and companies.
Currently I'm designing four green homes that have small 'foot prints' and have minimal or no wasted space. Conservation and efficiency is the key for these plans.

It doesn't take long to discover that there is more to designing a house than drawing boxes with openings. We consider the grade, soil, direction of the sun, wind loads, picturesque views, live loads and dead loads, flow of human traffic, colors, materials, and more. The list is endless. But it's a process that we work through until the plan is complete.
My desire is to design quality homes at less expense to the owner. People want a quality home they can be proud of for many years. I understand the importance of designing a home that plans for energy efficiency, spacious comfortable living, and bright spaces. I also know that you don't have to empty the bank for a quality home design. My focus is on conservation, use of quality materials, and energy savings.
